Christian Education - As a Full Gospel Church, we believe and teach the Word of God In its entirety. Just like the early church we are continuing with the doctrine of the Apostles. During Sunday 9:30am Discipleship Hour and 7:30pm wednesday Night Bible Study, we train our members for the ultimate purpose, winning souls to Christ. We have different aged classes with different teaching levels. These ordained officials are responsible to the congregation as servant leaders with their focus on the growth and care of God's people. Contact: Deacon Wayne Boswell, Chairman Evangelism Ministry - The Evangelism Ministry is dedicated to go out into the highways and hedges, and compel men to come into our Father's house. Through special outreach services such as, "People Helping People, Street Reach and the Refuge Pantry" we are committed to offering those in our community and church viable ways to survive obstacles we are challenged with in this sometimes harsh reality that we face. to Serve Contact: Deaconess Gail Ivory Health & Wellness Ministry - This ministry practices the art of care giving for all ages, races and creeds, while maximizing assistance to the parishioners and the community by facilitating a wholesome health ministry. Recognizing that Health is a state of social, economical, political, mental, environmental, physical and spiritual being, which Jesus advocated during his earthly ministry, we to encourage this rewarding lifestyle. Contact: Susie Surles Marriage Ministry - This ministry is designed to enhance relationships of husbands and wives in intimate group discussions with scripture interpretations. Meeting on a monthly basis addressing daily issues that cause discord in marriages and sharing positive marital experiences to help couples work through and work on a more fruitful bond. Contact: Traval and Harriet Watkins & David and Tina Mangum Men's Ministry - The Men's Fellowship ministry seeks to empower men with practical principles from the Word of God to enhance their total well-being. Encouraging bonds between the men and boys of our body by promoting mentoring, role modeling, camaraderie and more. Contact: Deacon Wayne Boswell Ministerial Team - The Ministerial Team is a ministry consisting of clergy staff. They assist by teaching, preaching and helping with leadership duties as directed by the Senior Pastor. Contact: Elder Scottie Torain, Executive Pastor Music Ministry - The music ministry serves as a support ministry through inspirational & sacred music offerings while presenting the "Good News" in a way that is real for today. We have a mission to transform the worshipper by affirming theology, music and the arts for the glory of God! This ministry is designed to also encompass our media responsibilities through audio and video communications. Contact: Minister Robin Utley Pastors Aid Ministry - Members must be dedicated, prayerful and willing to go the extra mile to meet the day-to-day needs of the Pastor and the First Family. Contact: April Chambers Prayer Ministry - We believe "Prayer Ministry" is an earthly weapon, which when used properly, will bring about heavenly changes in the earth realm. Prayer Schedule - Wednesday 6:00pm - 7:00pm and Sunday 9:00am - 9:30am Contact: Minister Trudie Watson Trustee Ministry - In conjunction with the Board of Directors, this ministry is charged with the management and maintenance of the church building and property. Another of the team's responsibility is to provide van transportation for those without reliable means of transportation to and from the church facility. Please notify us 2 days prior to your transportation need. Contact: Trustee Bobby Jones Usher Ministry - We refer to ushering as a ministry because any act of Christian service which helps direct people into fellowship, is a ministry. Acting as one of the first official representatives seen by persons entering God's house, the ushers duty is to assure that you are welcomed and assisted in any way to help make your stay a pleasant and worthwhile one. Contact: Shirley Wilson Women's Ministry - "Daughters of Our Lord", our women's fellowship, is charged with the mission of promoting unification and a greater spirit of love amongst our sisters through mentoring and close fellowship. This ministry provides an avenue of emotional and spiritual support to females of all ages. Contact: Deaconess Gail Boswell Young Adult Ministry - Addressing members from the age of 18-30, we are committed to searching out innovative ideas and progressive avenues to help these young people cope with the unique pressures handed to them day after day. This ministry not only serves as an outreach to the young adults in the community but also the surrounding college campuses. Contact: Alisha Brown & Karee Amos Youth Ministry - This young but energetic ministry is a collaborative effort with all our ministries in the church to minister to the youth through action.
